Feldspar typically administers contracts under NZS 3910, 3915 and 3916 as Engineer to the Contract or the Principal’s Representative, but we also have experience using FIDIC and NEC 3.
We take responsibility for interpreting and enforcing the provisions within the contract documents, ensuring that the contractor carries out the work in alignment with these stipulations, deploying reasonable skill and care. Acting as a neutral party between the client and the contractor, our firm makes impartial and well-informed decisions in the event of disputes arising from the contract.
