Melbourne Street Co-Housing Development

Feldspar worked with Pact Group on the Melbourne Street Housing Development in South Dunedin. The project involved constructing a new social housing complex adjacent to Pact's existing Dunbar House, featuring modern amenities and sustainable design by Mason & Wales Architects.

The project included comprehensive site preparation, building construction, landscaping, and car park development, culminating in a fully completed interior fit-out. Feldspar managed the project from the initial concept through design development, consenting, procurement, and final delivery and fit-out.

Working closely with Pact Group, Feldspar successfully delivered this complex project on time and within budget, ensuring minimal disruption to the local community. The development provides much-needed social housing, enhancing the South Dunedin area and demonstrating Feldspar's capability in managing large-scale housing projects efficiently.
