A contractor's project manager works for the company building or designing your project. Feldspar's role is the opposite — we work only for you, with no financial relationship to any contractor or consultant on your project.
No. Feldspar charges a professional services fee only. We take no margin on construction, materials, or subcontracts — which means there is no financial incentive to inflate your project costs. Our goal is to solve problems and manage thr project to time, cost and quality.
