Vulcan Steel

The new Vulcan Steel storage and distribution facility was completed in two phases, totalling approximately 2,500m² of building area. The first phase, completed in February 2023, encompassed 2,250m² of building space, including a distribution warehouse and a high-specification office facility with amenities such as a staff kitchen, boardroom, and open-plan sales team office. The surrounding yard area features concrete, asphalt, and stones surfaces. The extension project, completed in April 2024, involved a minor expansion adding 250m² to the distribution warehouse and converting the stone yard area to concrete. Both phases were delivered on time and within budget.

Feldspar Associates managed the procurement of the works through a design and build route, collaborating with the same Main Contractor for both phases. Feldspar assumed the roles of Project Manager and Engineer to the Contract throughout the project.
