Otago Regional Council Head Office

Feldspar worked closely with ORC senior management and councilors to identify potential sites for their Head Office. This included identifying a short list of possible Dunedin sites and undertaking analysis to arrive at a recommended site. Feldspar oversaw the development of concept design with the full consultant team and developed estimates for presentation to the ORC council.
