Cadbury World Dairy Building Redevelopment

Oversaw the redeveloped of old Cadbury Dairy Building including asbestos removal, demolition and earthquake strengthening. Worked with specialist tourism and design consultants to develop concept design for Cadbury World attraction. Oversaw removal of 50ft Chimney from site. The project also involved the design and reconstruction of the Cumberland St heritage facade to the Dairy Building. Heritage architects collaborated with specialist contractors to recreate the original facade from existing and new materials.
