John Wickliffe House and Ministry of Social Development Office Fitout (MSD)

As project managers, Feldspar worked in close partnership with the client, design team and contractors to assist in delivering this complex and challenging project, which included extensive upgrades around the operational building. As a staged project, the demolition and asbestos removal throughout the building took place while the building consents and main contractor was secured. The main contract included complete office refurbishments to 3 floors of the building. Monthly PCG's with the tenants and building owners ensured a no surprises approach to the project.
