Oamaru Community Hub

Feldspar were engaged to prepare a feasibility report and identify potential sites for a community hub in Oamaru. This involved consulting with Stakeholders to develop a Strategic Brief, confirm the build size and functionality, identifying possible short list of sites and undertaking initial bulk and location and cost estimates for the project.
