Cranford Hospice - Hawkes Bay

Feldspar were engaged to develop a Concept Design for the new Cranford Hospice. This involved engagement of a full consultant team and development of concept design documentation and estimates. Feldspar liaised with the Working Group to develop the brief and presented back the final Concept recommendation for approval. Particular challenges with the proposed site included potential to flood and general access.
