Metro Office & Townhouse Development

This project saw the demolition of the existing single-story building (aka old KFC) and the design and build of a three-story office building facing Highgate, and six individually titled three-story townhouses facing Stuart Street. The office building allowed Bayleys Metro to expand their office. and auctioneering space.
