Blackhead Subdivision Stage 1

Stage 1 of the Blackhead Subdivision involved obtaining Resource Consents from the Dunedin City Council and Otago Regional Council to subdivide two Lots into 23 residential Lots. Associated Engineering Approvals and Building Consents were also sought to construct the infrastructure to support the new development.  Of note, a large stormwater detention pond is being constructed to take a 1 in 100 year rain event to detain the water onsite whilst the strain on the surrounding infrastructure is under duress.

Feldspar was engaged to provide light touch project management services between the client and their design and construction team. As issues arose on the project, Feldspar stepped up their involvement to provide more support to the client, designer and contractor to drive the project to completion.
