Balmac No 7 Fire Reinstatement

Feldspar were engaged by the client to oversee the insurance claim resulting from a significant fire at the Cafe. The project involved overseeing the loss adjuster claims, design, tendering and overseeing the reconstruction. Significant and challenging negotiations were required with the insurers and loss adjuster to ensure a satisfactory outcome for the client.
